Data we collect
When you submit the contact form, we process your name, optional surname, email address and message. Hosting and security services may also process technical request data, such as IP address, date and time, requested page and user agent, to provide and protect the website.
Why we use data
We use form data to read, handle and respond to your enquiry; technical data is used to secure the site and prevent abuse. Processing is based on handling your request and our legitimate interest in communicating and securing the site; we seek consent only where the law requires it. We do not use data for advertising, profiling or newsletters.
Recipients and transfers
Contact-form messages are sent through Resend, our email delivery provider, and reach the organisation’s email inbox. The provider and hosting services may process data outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area. The WhatsApp link opens a Meta service only if you choose to use it; its privacy notice then also applies.
Retention
The website does not keep a message database. Email messages and technical data are retained only as long as needed to handle the request, protect the service and meet legal obligations. The organisation must apply and document its deletion schedule in its email inbox and with its providers.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not set cookies and does not use local storage or session storage. It does not use traffic analytics, advertising, social pixels or other tracking technologies. For that reason, it does not display a cookie-consent banner.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing and, where applicable, data portability. You may also complain to the competent authority. Please do not send sensitive or confidential data that is not needed through the form.
